Developing Confirmed

The San Diego County Registrar of Voters is mailing voter information pamphlets to more than 2 million registered voters for the Nov. 3 gubernatorial general election. Each pamphlet includes a sample ballot and lists vote centers and drop boxes. Ballots go out Oct. 5, when early voting also begins at the Registrar's office in Kearny Mesa; official drop boxes open Oct. 6. Oct. 19 is the deadline to register and still receive a ballot by mail. After that, voters can register and cast a ballot the same day at the Registrar's office or a vote center through Election Day.
