San Diego County public health centers close Monday, Oct. 19, for a records system switch
Oct. 13, 2026 — All six San Diego County public health centers and seven California Children's Services medical therapy units will close Monday, Oct. 19, as the County moves to a new electronic health record system, the County said. All sites reopen Tuesday, Oct. 20.
